This website is operated by Epic Theatres (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.

1. Online store terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use this site, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and availability
Many of our products are limited-edition, movie-promotional merchandise available in limited quantities. We make every effort to show products, colors and details accurately, but your screen may display colors differently and packaging may vary. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Mystery and blind-box items are sent at random. We can’t guarantee a specific design.

3. Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship on or after the date shown on the product page. Release dates are set by studios and suppliers and may change. If a pre-order is delayed or cancelled, we’ll notify you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or purchases that appear to be for resale. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund you in full.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property
All characters, logos, titles and artwork from films and franchises are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners and are used on licensed merchandise. Site content created by Epic Theatres (text, graphics and design) may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. User comments and reviews
By submitting reviews or other content, you give us permission to display and use it on our site and in marketing. You agree that your content won’t be unlawful, abusive or misleading, and won’t infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

9. Third-party links and tools
Our site may link to or use third-party services (such as payment providers and review apps). We aren’t responsible for third-party content or services, and their own terms apply.

10. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site to break any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, harvest personal data, scrape or bot-purchase products, or interfere with the site’s security.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Theatres isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim won’t exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Epic Theatres harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
