Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every order is processed through Shopify's secure checkout. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also follow your orders by signing in to your account.

Pre-order items ship on or after the date shown on the product page.

Returns

Full-price items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and can't be returned.

To start a return, email marketing@epic-theatres.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
